Abstract

This research aims to highlight the significance of the management of human resources in public organizations in Uzbekistan. This type of management, that is, human resources management in public organizations abroad, is successfully applied. It is a major cause to maintain qualified public servants and prepare management staff for the public sector. The approach of this research is qualitative, and the research method is literature review. According to reviewed research papers, the researcher concluded that human resources management processes have to be introduced in their management activities to attract and maintain qualified and educated public servants with the aim of providing quality and fast public services for the inhabitants of Uzbekistan.
